HQs PRIME INITIATIVE:

Agreements dealing with Copyrights will last for a duration of 7 years & Agreements with Patents will last for a 4 year period.

Profit Distribution

4/7 goes to Investor(s) "I(s)" until investment is returned .

3/7 goes to Artist / Writers / Inventors / Scientist / Etc. "AWISE" until "I(s)" initial investment is paid in full.

The 4/7 & 3/7 is from 2/3 of the Intellectual Property profit.

1/3 of the 3/3 will go back into the business of the Intellectual Property for the 1st year (to build a prosperous and solid foundation for the Intellectual Property.

After the first year of profit: 1/3 will go towards the Intellectual Property (The business of the Intellectual Property) and 2/3 will go to "AWISE" & "I(s)".

Of that 2/3 25% will go to "AWISE" and 75% of the 2/3 will go to the "I(s)" if the initial "I(s)" initial investment has not been received. And of course if all the "I(s)" have been reimbursed for their initial investment within any part of the agreement including the first year, then 1/3%, 1/3%, 1/3%, 1% (LIONELL COMMODITIES).

AGREEMENT

Simply states that any intellectual property on this site must adhere to this outline to protect the Artist / Writers / Inventors / Etc. / Investors and LIONEL COMMODITES

LIONELL COMMODITIES operates on a 100% system for each project (Intellectual Property)

1/3 (33%) - Goes to "AWISE" (Artist / Writers / Inventors / Scientist / Etc.)

1/3 (33%) - Goes to "I(s)" (Investor(s))

1/3 (33%) - Goes to the business of the Intellectual Property

1% - LIONELL COMMODITIES Upkeep

LIONELL COMMODITIES goal is to eventual set "AWISE" free with control of their Intellectual Property.

Therefore: Agreements dealing with Copyrights will last for a duration of 7 years & Agreements with Patents will last for a 4 year period.

LIONELL COMMODITIES will let no Intellectual Property that is ENVIORNMENTALY UNFRIENDLY be discussed what so ever on this site or anything that LIONELL COMMODITIES has to do with.
