KNOWING THE BUSINESS OF YOUR (I.P.)

KNOWING THE BUSINESS OF YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (I. P.)

You must have an Intellectual Property Plan (I.P.P.) – An account of where the funds you ask for in its entirety are going to be delegated in order to bring your product to market. This will give future stock holders (Investor(s)) a vision of their investment / how their investment will be spent / when they should expect a yield from their investment and last but not least “That sound business judgments are going to be made”.

Aa) NOTE: If your plans are to make your I. P. Go Public (Sell more stock options to other "LIONELL COMMODITIES Earth Angel Investor(s)" other than the original Earth Angel Investor(s) investment quota, for whatever reason!) – The starting Earth Angel Investor(s) will automatically be institutionalized as a stock holder, owning as many stock that is comparable to their investment (After LIONELLCOMMODITIES 1/3 AGREEMENT has been satisfied) [In plain English: Once the I. P. makes a profit and the investor(s) has gotten their original investment back, they (Investor(s)) will get the same amount in stock as their original investment.

B1) Make a list (SUPPLY CHAIN) of what you need to make the I. P. GO
B2) Make 5(Five) contacts for every link in the chain (This will give you a choice and a range of options when it comes time to make decisions (Some suppliers, contractors, etc. may be better than others or offer more legitimate prices).
B2a) Get prices, production time, of course cost and anything else that is relevant to your I.P.P.
B3) For most I. P. section (B) is the bulk of I.P.P. and give a clear destination of Man or Woman hours it will take to produce the final project, plus cost.

After all this is complete it would be nice to have an introduction, an executive prospectus “so to speak” – An overview of the project as a whole.

Having a corporate identity would help immensely as well – I am working on that information for you, but just to give you a heads up “It is less than $500.00 to get a corporation up and operating properly”.
